Salinas grown spirit. Beautifully imperfect produce.
Odd looks.
Good dinners.
A seasonal mystery box of fresh, imperfect and surplus produce. Less fuss about looks. More possibilities for your next meal.
Starting small in Salinas · Weekly local pickup planned
A little odd. A lot to cook.
Fresh food, not a beauty contest.
Our starting promises
Quality before cosmetics
Seasonal, supply-led boxes
Prepaid orders, less guesswork
From field to family dinner
Good food.
A different route.
A crooked carrot or an oversized squash still belongs at the table. We’re building a simpler route for produce that misses retail appearance standards—not food safety or quality standards.
30
Boxes. One small beginning.
Our first-run goal: two supply partners, 30 prepaid boxes and one Salinas pickup location. A manageable start, with room to learn.
Let the season choose
We plan to source fresh surplus and imperfect produce from growers and shippers. Contents and quantities will change with what’s available—there’s no fixed shopping list.
Prepay. Pick up. Unpack.
Choose an available weekly box, pay ahead and collect it locally in Salinas. The confirmed pickup address and window should be listed before you order.
Make something good
Every box is planned to include a simple recipe card and storage tips. Roast, toss, simmer or improvise—and show us what your mystery box becomes.
One box. Plenty of possibility.
Meet your next
dinner experiment.
For families stretching a food budget, curious home cooks and anyone who would rather cook good produce than see it go unused.
We’re starting with one size and one pickup point. Subscriptions can wait; first, let’s make the weekly box work well.
